fan control swapped

hey guys i have a problem with my vc4 my fan control is swapped. i can adjust the power no problem but full power is at 0% at off at 100%. standard printer configuration no fancy extras. wen the printer starts i have to manualy put the fancontroller on 100% or else my ears will bleed. what am i missing here
