i dont think you can use shortcuts with flux. lower steps - degrading in quality. fp8 - degrading in quality. In my tests best dev with e4m3f with ultimate sd and --fast argument is the best fastest way

That, for sure, won't take 3.5 minutes on a 4090

Also using the full prompt for tiled upscale is like roulette if it turns out good or if it will hallucinate smaller copies of the prompt in the tiles. Especially with 0.5 denoise
