Xp not working

I have it all set up but It has stopped giving exp I’ve even double checked that it’s on. Can someone help me?

Solution

The only thing that prevent a message XP from being handled are:

The bot can't read messages in the channel (slash commands bypass normal user perms but reading messages doesn't)
You are globally blacklisted from Kiai (you aren't)
Message XP is disabled
That channel/role/user is on a denylist
You are on a cooldown
