Voice XP is not working
Hello, I just created a server and added the bot. Me and 3 other people in normal state have been in VC, but we have not gained Voice XP.
1. I have voice XP enabled.
2. I do not have the VC channels in the denylist
3. I can confirm Kiai has permissions to view channel.
4. I have logging enabled and see message xp being added, but no voice xp.

@WormWizard It looks like Kiai does not have the "Connect" permission for the channel ID you gave us. Could you grant Kiai that permission?

If this is an issue in your server, make sure you've included your server's ID (This can be found on the
/ping command), as well as which users are having this issue.

yeah I joined vc again, was in there for about 5 minutes, and left. still not seeing a log for voice xp added
me and the 2 other people left the channel also

@WormWizard looks like the bot still thinks you’re in the channel so it hasn’t awarded XP yet, we’ll take a look at this

We did change permissions around so that may be why

im seeing a lot of permission related errors from your server, specifically relating to Kiai not having permissions to view the channel associated with the voice XP event its trying to process
Can you make absolutely sure that Kiai can see both the levelup channel you set and the current voice channel?

Just gave it connect permission. It did not have it before, just view channel
