Just switched wifi! You often face same issue on some internet. So try to change the wifi or network and try

No I can't connect to the database even though I can't run the query (problem occurred in only AWS regions , Azure works great)

Hey! Thank you for sharing the bug report. So a couple of questions:
1. Are you able to query your database using the Neon SQL editor?
2. Are you able to connect to your database from psql/your app
3. If you're running into connection issues with your app, what errors are you getting?
4. Are you having issues connecting to your app in production? Or is the issue only in production?
