Summit E-mail Sending and Workshops

We're planning on having one to multiple email workshops reaching out the people that will attend the SF AI Conferences that will happen in November.
We'll have a leaderboard to rank whoever gets the most responses and maybe also writes the most e-mails. I wonder if we could send some merch to whoever wins. @Joep Meindertsma ?

@Joseph Miller I modified the Luma event picture thinking it was about the global event. We should probably have 2 separate ones, right? At least in Luma

There can be a shared presentation maybe that is broadcasted in a projector for the offline event.. but will people in the offline event ask questions then to offline people or should they join the Discord call too?

@Joep Meindertsma what do you think about recording the intro of the workshop and uploading it to our socials? I think people being able to following the instructions inspired on why emails are so powerful and doing it afterwards, participating in the leaderboards asynchronously would be super impactful

There would be some minor differences between a guide particular for this event and afterwards and I think both videos would be good.

Because having the steps lay down as easy as it gets in a video format, followed by another person, diminishes the fear of doing new things that people have which is a huge bottleneck
