How to upgrade from ratos 1.2 to 2.2 ?

Hello,

Still running on 1.2, haven't updated for a while...and now I get the screen attached on my printer screen.

What would be the easiest way to upgrade my ratos to v2.2 or 2.1 without loosing my presets ?

Do i need to flash again the card or can I just plug a usb cable on my pie 3b and install the package ?

I am.a bit lost, been I long time since I fiddled with software
