Matchmaking takes too much time
Why matchmaking takes too much time nowadays even in Ace rank !? also lower ranked players facing too much bot issues, why lower ranked players can not finding real opponent that much!? Is this game dead or its just matchmaking issues!?

Matchmaking can take longer in certain game mode, map, or perspective due to insufficient players. Please try to switch to a different game mode or perspective, or try to find the match in the same game mode at another time.
