FPS cut in/by half (Final Fantasy XVI)

Final fantasy xvi
Dual Boot System 7800X3D + 7900XTX
Windows 10 Max settings = high 160s FPS
Bazzite deck using same Max setting = high 70s-low 80s

I was on deck:stable tried testing same thing

Is this normal?
