I received an unfair audio ban and my ban date is not visible, can you please help?

I didn't get an unlimited ban, did I?

Solution

While in a match, you can tap on the microphone icon to receive a pop-up that shows how long you have been banned for using it.

If you believe that the penalty given was unfair, please contact the in-game customer service for further assistance.
