What do I call this sort of sleeve?
This sort of sleeve style seems to suit me really well because of how narrow my shoulders are. But I don't know what to call it if I'm looking for other things like this piece. (I didn't buy it so sorry no more pictures.)

Drop shoulder, maybe? Could also look into raglan sleeves.
Looks like a drop shoulder to me. You should definitely look to raglan sleeves though if you're on the more slim side
gotcha, yeah. I have trouble with a lot of standard sleeves looking weird because the shoulder sits in the wrong spot. so anything that extends that line seems to work better. the sweater looked great on me, honestly, it just also felt like it was going to fall apart.
That shoulder is dropped like me as a child
