Charged 3 times but still on free plan

Hi guys, we are trying to upgrade from Free plan to Pro plan but when making payment, we received errors that the payment didn't go through. However, in reality, our card was charged 3 times (there are three invoices marked as paid in our CloudFlare account) and yet our CloudFlare account's plan is still under Free.

We have opened a ticket with CloudFlare 1 week+ ago but there is zero activity from them, and each time you reply to the ticket, they just send you an automated message.

Anyone encountered an issue like this before? And how did you get it resolved?

This is insane.
