Business plan charged for the third month now but still on Pro plan

Hey there, I've got a domain that I have on the Pro annual plan paid for until February 2026

In June I tried to update it to the Business plan on the dashboard.. nothing happened immediately and the plan didn't switch to Business, no charge occurred immediately. Makes sense I guess, it's an annual plan so okay..

On the 10th day, when I get my CF bill, I got charged $250 for a Business plan, but the plan on the domain is still on Pro. Immediately created a ticket (01596698) which was 3 months ago.

I'm still getting charged, this month a third time for $250. Every month for a Business plan that's still on Pro on the domain.

I don't see this subscription on the account under Billing -> Subscriptions at all, it says it's on the annual Pro plan. Due to this I also don't have access to business chat support as this domain is on Pro, not Business.

Anything I can do or should I just wait for X more months to get a response and still be charged each month until then? This sucks as I've not received a response for 3 months now and every month I get this charged on my bill 🙁

I get this is a discord server and not support but at this point I'm hoping someone could raise it for me, pretty please. These billing issues really suck and I guess the backlog of cases for support is pretty long. Don't know what to do at this point.
