My account banned 10 years hacked
My account was stolen on 10/3/2023 and I submitted a recovery request, but I put the same email associated with my account and the company did not delete the hacked links. I submitted another request to the company via email and after recovering my account, I found the account banned and I suffered a lot until I recovered my account. Please help me and open my account and raise integrity again. Help me as soon as possible. I lost my account due to support’s delay in returning my account for 14 days until I recovered it and the hacker was not able to harm anyone in the game other than me. I blocked the account from the user interface. Please help me and lift the ban. I recovered my account, but the ban is still integrity 0. Please help me, please

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service . Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.
If you have any objections to claim results, please contact the customer service through in-game or through this email: service@pubgmobile.com.
If you are not satisfied with the results after receiving a response, you may submit an Appeal request through the community support form.
