My account has been banned for 10 years !!
Hello, my main account was banned for 10 years, but I wasn’t even logged into it. My PC had a virus, so I uninstalled the emulator and was using another account. That account got banned, so I deleted the emulator. Around 12 hours later, my main account was also banned, even though I never opened it. I’ve always played fair and followed the rules. Please review my gameplay records and kindly investigate this. I believe it was a mistake.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service regardless of who was using an account.
Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.
If your account is permanently suspended, you may also submit an Appeal request through the community support form.
