abt the twitch arcane drops
okay so i claimed the arcane drop and i havent received it in 8 days (the vi one and the title)
after i spoke to one of those employees they said i claimed it on another account for some reason. which is impossible because i have one twitch account and one val account does anyone know the issue because now the employees arent replying anymore :((
