#requests 🥲dear PUBG Team, I am writing to inform you that my account was maliciously linked to someone else's email. I recover my account through account recovery link. My claim was successfully approved by system but as i'm trying to login my account via email login there's error can't login and i can't receive verification code from email . As a result, I am unable to log in to my personal account, and this situation is causing me significant distress. I have noticed that the account recovery process now states that I cannot reclaim the account after a successful claim for 3 month. I kindly request you to consider opening an appeal opportunity for me so, that I can recover my account after resubmit claim. You are my last hope in resolving this matter. My uid is=5506036647 My email in pubg = [email protected]  My number  in pubg = +971564323673 And my Twitter  removed  already

Please contact the customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts. You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim. Please note that your ticket will be declined if you are unable to accurately provide all the information that the in-game customer service have requested from you, or that it does not match with what they have. You will have to cross-check again, or else they will not be able to assist you any further....

You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim. Please note that your ticket will be declined if you are unable to accurately provide all the information that the in-game customer service have requested from you, or that it does not match with what they have. You will have to cross-check again, or else they will not be able to assist you any further. If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post through https://ptb.discord.com/channels/393088095840370689/1219166294105133086 with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation. Please note that you will need to submit the support requests through the official support subreddit for now.
