black screen from hibernation or even with hibernation off but waking up monitor

So I installed Bazzite a few days ago, but I noticed when coming out of Hibernation my PC screen woluld go black with a cursor....okay so I'll turn off hibernation and only turn off the monitor after a set amount of time...does the same thing.

I have a 6800XT, 5800x3D, 32GB RAM if there's anything else you need to know please let me know.
