Buzz Rickson Original spec Chinos

looking for help in sizing for the buzz rickson original spec chinos as websites have varied sizing for anyone who owns one.
I usually wear a size 31 as my natural waist is 31 or 80-81 cm.
Hinoya lists the size 33 as 78 cm, wondering if I should go with this? next is 34 / 80 cm but I think that might be too big.
