Dear PUBG support.Ihave played this game since season 3 and my accooount is level 86 Ihave spent much time and money playing with my account and in 2024/8/30 I got banned 10 years although I did not violate one single rule. All i ask is to review again the evidence that I got banned for manually.if ihave violated any rule i would have accepted the penalty with open arms. But Iam sure that i didnt committ anything deserves this punishment.kindly.Please consider my request Re-check the account again my ID:5226386129 I have been playing the game for 6 years

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service . Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.
If you have any objections to claim results, please contact the customer service through in-game or through this email: service@pubgmobile.com.
If you are not satisfied with the results after receiving a response, you may submit an Appeal request through the community support form.
