is tweaking the section under bukkit.yml called "chunk-gc" a good idea? more specifically the "period-in-ticks" value

Snot a good idea unless you know what you’re doing
SGC is often slow and freezes the server even time it runs -> more often means more freezes
ive seen more consistent mspt with it being at a lower value and it fixed the issue i had in questionscould random high tick times be caused by using a shared host?
is it safe to leave it at a lower value (around 20)
