Pesp32 nano is a Nora w106-10B module, which is an ESP32
Pif it only used the basic Arduino functions and not AVR-specific registers, and you changed the board from Arduino Nano to ESP32 Nano, sure why not

Pan Arduino (Uno) only has one processor that can only execute one instruction at every instance in time, there is no true multiprocessing
