Can't Download anything
Bonjour Bonjour,
just installed HEXOS from truenas for simplicity. But now I can't download anything from immich.
Details:
uploaded my phone and previous install's photo manually also uploaded from another laptop that had more pictures not saved yet. Now it all shows up no issues there. But if I try to download any picture from any timeframe it does not work.
In browsers: Tried chrome, firefox, safari. Clearing cache, disabling plugins and add-ons, tried incognito mode. But at the end of the day they all do the same it shows "downloading 100% 79B but nothing downloads. (the photo is also not 79Bytes)
On IMMICH app on IOS (latest version) I get: "Asset download for IMG_0000 failed" Details Status: 500 Internal server error. Status code 500 from ShareService. and another one that says Error precaching next image: HTTP exception.
Hardware: 3600XT/16Go DDR4/2x1TB SSD (mirror)
IMMICH Version: 1.7.8
Tried restarting services and whole server. Restarted individual devices. does not work either.

In order to be able to effectively help you, we need you to provide clear information to show what the problem is. The exact details needed vary per case, but here is a list of things to consider:
- Your docker-compose.yml and .env files.
- Logs from all the containers and their status (see above).
- All the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far.
- Any recent changes you've made to Immich or your system.
- Details about your system (both software/OS and hardware).

and df -h

- The version of the Immich server, mobile app, and other relevant pieces.

Thanks Daniel ! I ended up bricking my install so I reinstalled . It is all working on the re-install. Didn't want to waste anyone's time. Thanks !
