DH for fbaric 1.21.4 water transparency issue
If transparency is enable,inside chunk (chunk loading by base minecraft and not dh) get bugged,but outside chunk (DH) are alright,but if disable inside are good and outside are bad (the outside one become like normal water wothout shader)
