Immich server disconnect repeatedly

Immich app just wont connect to server even when web app shows server is running. When it works it is fine but it suddenly stops uploading without any reason and doesn't connect even when i am in the app

Zeus means what sort of address are you putting into the app, what things are in the network between the app and the server (eg a reverse proxy or such), etc

address is correct, i logged in even backed up some files, but it just stops after few minutes i dont know why,, i had setup immich on my phone as well as tab both stopped backup after few minutes so its definitely server side issue and not app side issue, also web app for some reason shows that server is running which might also be correct without which web app wouldn't even load in 1st place. I am not using any type of reverse proxy, just straight away ip address/api my main issue is that it just stops backup after few minutes, and it is simultaneously for both on app and tab

Can you post the server logs, compose file, etc?

Please post screenshot of the full sever URL with port, you can blank out the last 1-2 digits of the IP if you want

I am using a snap package not a docker container. I think i resolved the issue by changing my ip to static , even though dynamic wasnt really changing the ip

Thanks, maybe i will switch to docker in few days, will use immich-go to transfer all the photos to this server,
