Server Crashes When Anyone Enters the End After Someone tried Respawning Dragon

Hi guys, I just updated my server to 1.21.3 today and everything was working fine for about 8 hours. Then two people respawned the ender dragon and the dragon never spawned

and everytime someone goes to the end now it crashes the server

I tried deleting the End world file and reloading it and it still does the same thing
