PC Crashed and Steam barely functions without being slow
So I was playing Marvel Rivals, and my PC crashed mid game. I relaunched and now Steam is taking forever to do anything, even open. I click launch game and it says it's launching but does nothing. Steam is the only thing affected for some reason.
