No authentication email from warp client

Hello, im pretty new to this stuff, I used to just use Nginx with dns records but I recently decided to use cloudflared and warp to setup proper tunnels for security. I am trying to get warp working and I am able to get to the registration page but I am not recieving any emails. I have tried 3 different emails from 2 different clients. I have tried whitelisting "[email protected]" on 2 of the emails. There is nothing in junk, spam, or trash either. I even dug through the html metadata to see if I could get the token that way but it doesnt appear in there. I would really appreciate some help getting this resolved. I couldnt find any other threads that related to this issue so please forgive me if I missed something.
