Error to import photos from iPhone

I am not able to backup specific photos. It’s stuck all the app . Attaching error

In order to be able to effectively help you, we need you to provide clear information to show what the problem is. The exact details needed vary per case, but here is a list of things to consider:
- Your docker-compose.yml and .env files.
- Logs from all the containers and their status (see above).
- All the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far.
- Any recent changes you've made to Immich or your system.
- Details about your system (both software/OS and hardware).
- Details about your storage (filesystems, type of disks, output of commands like fdisk -l
and df -h
).
- The version of the Immich server, mobile app, and other relevant pieces.
- Any other information that you think might be relevant.
Please paste files and logs with proper code formatting, and especially avoid blurry screenshots.
Without the right information we can't work out what the problem is. Help us help you ;)

Those photos are likely corrupted
Ok what could I do ? I don’t know how to delete them.
In the error warning message, there is the file name and file created time. You should track them down from the Apple gallery and delte them
The app is stuck . And now I don’t see any logs
Do have an option to find the problematic assets
You can see the log in the screenshot you posted above
But those should cause stuck or anything, you are probably running into different issues
Are you connecting through dns or local ip and if you are using CloudFlare tunnel?

Can you show where do you indicate that the progress is stuck?
The ui is not responding regularly.
Every seconds the ui and the app entirely is not responding.
In addition, it’s harmful the battery.
