Login issues

Hi i just bought a new device, i tried to login to my old account via “forgot password” menu on e-mail & number.

I clicked on obtain and done the captcha, but they never send me the verification e-mail or text.

Any solution to this issue, please let me know.

If you are unable to receive the verification code, we recommend checking the following:

  1. Please ensure that the email address you entered is the same as the one you have linked with your game account.
  2. Please check whether you did not blacklist these 2 email accounts, "noreply@pubgmobile.com" and "service@pubgmobile.com."
  3. Please check whether the verification code is in your spam folder.
  4. Please avoid requesting a verification code too frequently. If you have already made multiple attempts to request a code, we recommend waiting a while (at least 24 hours) before trying again.
If the problem persists, please reach out to the in-game customer service for further assistance.

Note: If the page where you submit the claim does not have an option to upload screenshots, please save the screenshot or video first and upload it to a website which can provide a shareable link (we recommend setting the link's permissions to public), then include the link when submitting your claim.
