Am i screwed?

I accidently wiped my database for my 2FA tokens, so i can no longer login to cloudflare. I can't use a backup code, or do the recovory, as i use a VPN, so the IP changes.

Am screwed? If so, is there a way i can get them to close the account, so i can remake one?
