Deleted `\thumbs\.immich` whilst clearing up thumbs folder - immich wont start

I had "image missing" icons for some thumbnails and regenerating thumbails didnt fix it so i cleared the thumbnails folder but accidentally deleted the .immich file in that location. how can i generate this file again?
