You’re asking the wrong person chst, I’m no pro myself!
But personally I think lower sens gives you smoother and less shaky aim, with higher sens you tend to over flick your targets, fail to micro adjust.
THAT’S MY PERSONAL PREFERENCES THO!
There are many people including pros who play high sens and are amazing at it
