Secondhand Loafers
Looking at loafers (tassel & penny) through secondhand markets. Budget is about $200-300 per pair. Will be passively looking, but saving an ebay search with the following brands: Meermin, AE, Alden, Crockett & Jones, & Grant Stone. Plan to check regularly & buy if I see any decent deals
Are there any others in that general price range anyone would recommend including?

If you want meermins you can get them new in this price range
Handsewn varieties like gh bass, rancourt, quoddy, etc. if you like that style as well. But those are prolly cheap enough to get new in your price range
Any of the Northampton makers (trickers, cheaney, Edward green, cleverly, old church's, loake made in England, grenson made in england). Would probably add Carmina too at least?

CNES and Fugashin for some Vietnamese loafers in that price range new
