Bug report reward??
Despite the bug I reported being 🟢 Resolved with a green status, Pubg Mobile has yet to send us the UC reward. I had previously inquired about this issue, and someone informed me that UC rewards are usually distributed during the first two weeks of December. However, it’s now the 18th week of the month, and we haven’t received any rewards yet.

What does this mean?
No rewards?
How can i submit an appeal for this? This is a mistake that shouldn’t happen here 😬😬
As you can see my name is listed for the reward with a UC sign

The process will be changed in the upcoming months and a final announcement explaining how the new process works will be shared. Until that happens, you might not receive the amount of UC you expect from bug reports.
Reallly?? And what about the other people who received their UC? Is this fair? That’s your fault you should do it better than this.

There are other players who share similar concerns. You can follow some of the posts created in #requests regarding this to learn more about the details when Tencent responds.
Why are these mistakes occurring here? This should be managed with utmost professionalism, and such errors should not happen here. I have read some of the requests they are facing the same issue?
In this case, what should we do? Is there a compensation for this?
