Anyone knows why this keeps happening?
For some reason, the game doesn't allow me to catch any Pokemon despite having Nice, Great or Excellent throws, plus that it's not letting me spin Pokestops. Help!

nvm, its fixed
When you capture a Pokémon or spin a Pokepard in a region, you're kind of stuck there for 2 hours, unable to catch Pokémon from other places or Pokepards, and just wait.
