I’m not receiving any response from the support team when I open ticket

i wanted to see the automated part you got back when you submitted the ticket

Cause I didn’t get any auto part
It just says solved

This is the only email I received , after that I didn’t get any response or auto response back
It just says my ticket has been solved
well the email doesn't say that

you could trying '@' support on twitter and see if they respond
i've seen them respond sometimes
I was like so confused cause it’s been five days so I just went on the site and it said solved
