thats fine, we got the ally x working with the help of someone with 0 experience through antheas guidance.
first step is always to get basic controls.
but i asked mainly because it took months before anyone was actually willing to help even get basic controls working on the msi claw as people popped in, said they would help get the data we needed and then leave an hour later 🤷

from my understanding at least getting basic controls working is usually the easiest right
on my Legion go it also runs pretty smoothly

and then open that, and make a recording where you change settings in zotac zone
then i will make a filter for you and you can see what youre recording

as for fixing the controller for now without steam shortcuts
sudo systemctl start hhd@$(whoami) will give you some basic tdp controls with touch gestures on the sides

fan curve might be wrong

echo 1EE9 1590 | sudo tee /sys/bus/usb/drivers/xpad/new_id try this it should fix the xbox controller until you reboot
if it works ill tell you a command to fix it permanently and add it to the kernel2 missing records from analog Stick dials
