RatOS Configuration repository v2.1.x: v2.1.0-RC3-75 > v2.1.0-RC3-82 Invalid

Ok tried to do some upgrades on software. The repository shows invalid. and
soft recovery :
Git Repo RatOS: repo not initialized
hard recovery :
12:42:27 Error Recovering RatOS
12:42:27 Cannot call rmtree on a symbolic link

any ideas how to get it working again?

self fixed. several reboots, unplugs and upgrading everything else first got it up and working g
