So what's the issue in detail, like you just downloaded the game and you're stuck at the start

My top two recommendations would be to delete the game and reinstall, or close valorant make sure it's closed in your task manager, power the laptop off completely and then turn it on again and try to launch it

Soft locks are things that occur in games where sometimes something will break and it can stop progression temporarily but has a fix aside from needing to delete the game, in simple terms

attach the .zip files it contains to this application (there should be a folder called "System Logs" and a folder with the game logs
what i do
Click on windows
So basically you'll want to click the windows button download the tool, open it and run it, once it's complete you can go into files>this pc>search system logs, or if you know the drive with the logs in it search in that directory
Then use window shift s to screen clip it so you can paste it into the chat for the support team
Also drag and drop the zip file
