In-game stuttering? (Not sure if this is ping or display issue)
I'm not sure what the issue is at first I thought it was my internet as on my second laptop I wouldnt face this issue but on my gaming pc i am getting this issue where my screen stutters. Here is an example screen recording (https://youtu.be/22_CBfXwOtI) where i am moving left to right in small steps but on my screen it stutters and i move more to one side.
Here is another example with lower quality (https://youtu.be/aUbJBTYEk98) where I am also doing the same movement and face the issue. U can also see when I throw my smoke in the air it stutters when falling down.
Appreciate any help!
