maybe try enabling DXVK-NVAPI since you have an Nvidia GPU
I don't know what else to try if that doesn't work

I'm not at home and I can't check, but is there anything like a Windows emulator? Kind of like a virtual machine but without the whole environment.

that's what wine is.. (also there's nothing to emulate since linux and windows run on the same hardware, hence why wine isnt an emulator)
run the game with WINEDEBUG=+fixme environment variable and post new logs

you can try deleting this folder removing the environment variables, and then switching to wine-ge-latest and running the game again

so they arent visible if you have proton set

maybe just to be sure follow the wine dependencies.. even though you have a flatpak install...
Install Wine Dependencies by following this guide
If this does not immediately resolve your issue, you might also have to delete your Wineprefix (by default it's in
~/Games/Heroic/Prefixes/default/<game name>)
