need help launching valorant </3

hi, i played valorant this morning, closed it for only around an hour or so before trying to get back on. When i tried to get back on, my valorant was stuck loading in the launch screen ig (image is the screen i get stuck on)? i can hear the sound that the game makes when it launches, too, but nothing would happen after. I've tried everything i could think of, but it just doesn't make sense considering i was playing earlier this morning. things ive done to try to fix the issue: - closed game & tried again (several times) - closed all riot applications (launcher, valorant, vanguard) and restarted PC - repaired valorant game files - updated nvidia graphics - shut down & turned pc back on - repaired game files again - uninstalled & reinstalled
