Sportcoat Fit Check
Is there a good guide for what to look for in sportcoat fit?
I got this tweed sportcoat off eBay. My suits are usually a 38S. This is a 40R cause my suits fit a bit trim with a collared shirt, and I intend to wear this more casually over chunky sweaters. Sleeves are long for sure. There’s a bit of shoulder divoting when my arms aren’t straight. Shoulders hang like .5-1 inch over.
Overall, this doesn’t look too bad to me for the price, but wondering if there’s any details I’m not spotting. I don’t usually wear suits or sport coats so I’m branching out and looking to learn!
