So I received this email from pubgm because of my guest account I lost and it says "After manually re-verifying your account details, we regret to inform you that your account has been flagged as being in an unusual state, and your claim cannot be approved at this time. Please remove or edit your linked accounts within the game." And I don't really know what to do because I don't understand what they want

Please contact the customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts.
You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
