Hello everyone! I need help solving the error; "Couldn't Install Required Dependency".

I'm trying to install vanguard but everytime I do, it would say "Couldn't install a required dependancy". I simply cannot do the commands on deleting vanguard because I have no vanguard. I have tried making it administrator and almost everything. please tell me i have another option other than factory resetting pc.
