Game launches but DLC list not updating for a game with Server Offline status on Epic Games

Kingdom Come: Deliverance currently has their "Server Offline" on Epic Games
I can't launch the game in the Epic Games Launcher but I can through Heroic
Now the thing is I can't download a DLC (HD Sound Pack) through Heroic that I just got, but I could do it through Epic, and all the DLC that are listed have the button to install them even though I already have them installed; clicking on one seems to download the whole DLC again
Syncing the library didn't update the DLC list before and after installing the new DLC in Epic
Logs are empty

check in settings > logs > epic/legendary, check if the sound DLC is listed in the list of games legendary can see in your account

there's no logs at all in settings > logs? (settings in the sidebar, not the game's settings)

hmmm, share the Heroic log, but it's really odd that there's nothing in the epic/legendary log :S

which version of heroic are you using? it looks like an older version, it's missing a button to upload the logs to an online service
2.15.2 is the latest

oh I see, that's still a really empty log, maybe you have logs disabled in settings > advanced?

I don't know what's happening, the heroic log should have way more lines, and the epic/legendary log should have the list of all games/dlcs you own :S
maybe run heroic from a CMD? maybe that ouputs more information

Oh I got it back suddenly
HD Sound Pack is listed in the logs
but it's still not listed in the Modify Installation dialog
If it's of any importance I have had KCD already installed and then I got Heroic and it detected my game

okay, Heroic randomly decided to reload my DLCs and now the Sound Pack is listed in Modify Installation
still, all of the DLC appear as if they're not installed
The message in there is "Heroic is already running, quitting this instance". So it looks like they've opened Heroic while it was already running, which erased the actual log with just that message

how did you add the game to heroic? syncing with the EGL or with the Import Game option?

hmmm, I wonder if there's something we are doing wrong or if it's legendary doing something wrong when syncing a game with DLCs already installed

servers are back online for KCD but it didn't do any difference
