Unable to sign in to Epic Games store through Heroic (macOS)
Good Morning all, I messaged to the twitter/X account and was asked to log a support ticket here.
I am running a Macbook air M2 (16/512). I have linked heroic to the Amazon Prime Gaming and GOG accounts, however i am having trouble logging into Epic using both login methods.
Standard Login - Login using username, password and MFA code. Login takes some time, but bounces back out to the "Manage Accounts" screen. No error or message given for this.
Alternative login - Login through my web browser (Safari). This produces the auth code. This is copy.pasted into Heroic and after about 1 minute of it logging in, it advises there is an error with the code and to try a different one.
Linked account login - Used the first method of logging in but used the apple sign in, as this is linked to my Epic account. As Heroic caches my sign in, i have to login to epic through the browser and sign out of everywhere to allow me to do this. Again, it spins on "logging in" for about a minute then bounces back out to the 'Manage Accounts' screen.
Unfortunately, i do not have another mac i can test this on.
