I changed country and I can't log in to my account

Hello! I'm Brazilian but I've lived in Belgium for 3 years. As soon as I moved here, the chip I used there didn't work, leading me to have an operator and a Belgian number. When I try to log in they ask for a code by phone number. But they don't give me the option of having the code via email so I can access my account. How do I solve this?

Hello! :r_pengwave: If you are unable to receive the verification code, we recommend checking the following:

1. Please ensure that the email address you entered is the same as the one you have linked with your game account.
2. Please check whether you did not blacklist these 2 email accounts, "noreply@pubgmobile.com" and "service@pubgmobile.com."
3. Please check whether the verification code is in your spam folder.
4. Please avoid requesting a verification code too frequently. If you have already made multiple attempts to request a code, we recommend waiting a while (at least 24 hours) before trying again.

If the problem persists, please reach out to the in-game customer service for further assistance.
