i have valorant installed (in a folder) but i cant open it

i have valorant installed inside of a folder before i factory resetted my PC, and now when i open riot games its telling me i need to install. my wifi is slow and would take atleast a day for it to download, any suggestions on how i can use that folder to play without having to reinstall?
